Harbor & Lowe Consultation Page
An interactive landing page showcase for a professional practice, where the conversion is a conversation and the design has to earn it before it asks.
This is a Northbound showcase. Harbor & Lowe Consultation Page is a fictional business created by Northbound Studio to study this problem. It is not a client and has never engaged the studio.

Simulated campaign page — the conversion flow works, but nothing is submitted.
The problem
Professional firms either look like every other directory listing or oversell, and both read as risk to someone with an actual legal problem.
Design approach
Restraint as a trust signal. Serif typography, generous measure and no urgency devices — the credibility does the persuading.
What we did
- A headline written from the client's situation rather than the firm's practice areas.
- Numbers, process and outcomes stated plainly, without superlatives.
- A four-step engagement path that removes the fear of an open-ended bill.
- A consultation form that asks for context, not a life story.
Conversion structure
One conversion: a free, privileged consultation. The form appears twice, at the moment of interest and after the proof.
What the study demonstrates
- Shows a high-trust conversion page that does not resemble a discount funnel.
- Entirely fictional — the form is simulated and no enquiry is transmitted.
- Transfers to law, accounting, consulting and advisory practices.
