Real Client ProjectHome Improvement
Closet Pioneers
A conversion-focused build for a custom storage company whose entire sales process starts with one thing: an in-home consultation request.

The problem
Enquiries arrived through social messages with no context, forcing long back-and-forth before anything could be quoted.
Design approach
Proof-first. Completed installations do the persuading, so the layout gets out of the way and gives real project photography the largest surface on the page.
What we did
- Led the page with completed installations at full width instead of stock imagery.
- Reduced the enquiry form to the fields that actually change the quote.
- Built a service-area structure so nearby towns each have a relevant entry point.
- Compressed and lazy-loaded the gallery so the page stays fast on cellular.
Conversion structure
A short, low-friction consultation form positioned directly beneath the project gallery, where intent peaks.
Outcome
- Enquiries arrive with enough context to schedule without a discovery call.
- Project photography carries the sales argument instead of copy.
- A structure that scales as new service areas are added.
